Sometimes the cleverest things are the simplest. This side table is made from a circle with one side folded up to lean against the wall and two legs for balance. That’s it.
It’s cool isn’t it. Perfect for small spaces – in the hall, by the bed or even in the bathroom. Anywhere there’s a small length of spare wall.
You can buy it from Future and Found in either white or grey. It was created by Taiwanese designer Kenyon Yeh, who said he was inspired when he saw two students doing their cheerleading practice. The boy was leaning against the wall in a sitting position so the girl was then able to stand on his thighs. The table follows the same principle with the legs angled slightly away from the wall to make it more stable.
Like I said. Simple idea, brilliantly executed, the wall table costs £95.
