A Convertible Sofa That Hides a Table

A Convertible Sofa That Hides a Table

Brandon Kershner explored the idea of utilizing empty space when it came to home furnishing solutions with the Dartmouth Sofa Convertible & Table. Space is a key element in the design world where every inch counts, from material waste, half-filled shipping containers, etc., all of which determine the final cost at retail. Dartmouth not only offers a 3-in-1 solution by going from a sofa to a reclining lounge to a bed, it houses a hidden side table in the back.

The back of the sofa is generally just wasted space making it the perfect spot to hold a table when it’s not needed while having it within reach when you need a surface to rest your food or drinks.

The sofa’s split back lets each side be customized by whomever is sitting there.
