520 West 28th is a condominium residence located in New York, New York, designed by Zaha Hadid. The 11-story split-level boutique building was designed inside and out by the architect, and overlooks the High Line with views of the Empire State Building.
A few of the amenities exclusive to the 39 residences include a private 12-seat IMAX theater – the first of its kind in the world, a 75-foot skylit lap pool, 24-hour juice bar, and a reservable spa suite offering a hot tub, rain showers, treatment beds, plunge pool, sauna, and steam room.
The building also features robotic parking utilizing top-tier automation technology to valet and retrieve a car from a push of a button. In the same fashion, the private security vaults are also automated, and inspired by the designs of Swiss bank vaults. Residents can activate their individual vaults via a keypad within the viewing room, while QR codes bring their vault to the secured space, allowing easy access to their storage.
