Maison Dada, a young design studio created in Shanghai, has one goal. To imbue all of our lives with a little more Dadaism.
Formed by Thomas Dariel and Delphine Moreau in 2015, their first collection gives nod to the everyday objects that play an important role in people’s daily lives, but are sometimes forgotten. It includes iconic China cabinets and dressing tables that marked the aesthetic of an era, but are not often seen today.
The collection mainly consists of furniture and accessories for the home that are contemporary and “gently crazy.” The pieces stand out in most environments, but still maintain a sense of poetry and sophistication.
