Next Home are on to a winner this Autumn with their new Salvage Range. They have nailed the industrial look beautifully. There’s an emphasis on chunky wood furniture, metal, leather, and a ‘New York Loft’ aesthetic. But there’s also a lot of very nice details that elevate it above and beyond the ordinary. I love the quilted effect on the faux leather dining chairs, and I’ve even got my eye on that window mirror for a client. It’s such a good price and I like to earn brownie points (*wink *wink) by including affordable high street items when I’m putting schemes together.
Carson Dining Chair (set of 2) £285. Colton Dining Chair (set of 2) £199. Otis Dining Chair (set of 2) £150.
Proving the industrial look doesn’t have to be all hard-edge. The Otis dining chair looks super comfy. They’d be a fight in my house over who gets that one.
Parker Corner Sofa, £1,600. Otis Metal Table £60. Stockton Nickel Table Lamp £22. Abstract Rug From £95.
And the Parker corner sofa would look good in any situation – not just an industrial style room. Isn’t that rug gorgeous?
Brass Effect Nest of Tables (set of 2) £150. Brooklyn Bed From £799. Farmers Market Cushion £12. Brooklyn Map Bed Set From £20. Waffle Throw £60.
So how do you take a wooden reclaimed-looking bed and cosy it up? Add lots of pillows, cushions, and a furry rug of course.
Williamsburg Sideboard £350. Task Touch Lamp £40. Window Mirror, £140.
A Few of My Favourite Things
1.Faux Leather Cushion, £18. 2. Dog, £35. 3. 5 Light Cluster Pendant, £90. 4. Monza Leather Effect Dining Chairs, (Set of 2), £325. 5. New York Canvas, £30. 7. Large Shelf Trolley, £450. 8. Abstract Rug from £95. 9. Horizon Coffee Table, £299.
