Super Future Group recently completed this 120 square meter (approx. 1291 square foot) apartment, named the Warsaw City Loft, that’s located in a 19th century building close to Warsaw’s Vistula River. Designed for a family of four, the apartment’s design is kept simple with black, white, and grey throughout that’s intermixed with a curated combination of colorful elements.
The double height main living space was designed to be a cozy, artistic place for the family to enjoy. Plus, the extra tall ceilings make the modest space feel that much larger. The large expanse of walls makes the perfect spot to hang artwork.
The kitchen connects to the open living area making it easy to hang out as a family while someone is cooking.
In the open sitting room upstairs, natural light filters in from the large skylight. A series of storage cubes in the project’s color scheme fill the wall in a random pattern.
The bathroom in the master bedroom is enclosed in black framed glass panels, which helps keep the small room from appearing closed off. A forest wallpaper spans the wall behind the bed and bathroom connecting the two spaces and creating visual interest.
